Ideas for Lady Bug Theme?

Any ideas?

I am just beginning the planning process so the only thing I got is to fill a jar will m&m's or jelly beans and have people guess the jar will sort of resemable a lady bug with the 2 colors.

Are you only looking for game ideas?  Or everything? 

You could make cupcakes (some with red icing, some with black) and arrange them to look like a polka dot pattern.  Or even just do white icing with red and brown m&ms.
