the weekly check in post reminded me...you posted a while back re: chicken pox vaccine and i don't think i ever got to reply to it... the thought behind it is that if they are vaccinated for it, that they probably won't get shingles when they are older.  it's too early to tell right now (need all the kids that are being vaccinated to hurry up and grow up LOL) but all the scientists/doctors believe that the vaccine will prevent shingles as well as chicken pox.  FWIW, we are getting Miss A vaccinated for chicken pox but we are both very pro-vaccine b/c that's what we do for a living and we very much believe in them

Thanks so much for the info! Ben and I talked about it a while back, and decided we're both in favor of getting it...but like you guys, we're both super pro-vaccine.
