How many are left still to deliver?

I was just wondering how many of us were still out there waiting so patiently to deliver? 

I have until next Tuesday until I am holding my little boy! (it still feels forever away.) I have to have a c section due to medical reasons and as much as I don't want a c section I am slightly happy b/c I have not progressed AT ALL and am really upset about that .

I'm still waiting! I had an u/s and NST to make sure she's still doing well and she is, so I just keep waiting  

I finally progressed to 2 cm since my last appt. and he said he could feel her head, so she's much lower. I've been stuck at 1 cm for weeks, so that was exciting for me!

He stripped my membranes this morning and I've been having sporadic contractions this morning, so I guess we'll see.... I'm doubtful though, since I've had 2 episodes of timeable contractions that went nowhere.

I had an appointment this morning, and was checked for the first time. Only 1cm and my cervix is still very high. She had intentions of sweeping membranes but couldn't reach/get inside the cervix to do it. I've had only a handful of contractions over the last few weeks. She also offered to induce me Monday or Tuesday if I wanted, but I declined and will be waiting it out, as tempting as that offer was!

I'm still waiting too! I hadn't had any progress at all so wasn't expecting anything at my OB appt on Tuesday. Sure enough though she said I was now at 1cm and she went ahead and stretched my cervix a bit (ouch!). I'm scheduled for another appt on Tuesday (my due date) unless LO decides to show before then.

Honestly, I'm super anxious to meet him but I've been feeling sick since Monday afternoon and I'm really hoping I'll feel better before he decides to arrive so I'd really be okay with him hanging out just a bit longer.

Me. I'm hoping I've made some kind of progress for my appointment tomorrow. I was still totally high and closed last week. Sigh.

My appt. last Friday I was not dilated at all but the Dr. said my cervix was soft. Hopefully my appt. tomorrow will have better news.

... I can't take much more! I'm in pain and an emotional wreck. I want people to stop checking in on me, and asking me when i'm going to have this baby. Pity party for me

I'm still here! I'm due next friday. I got checked yesterday at my appt. and am 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. My midwife said all the walking I do at work (yes, still at work!) is helping me to open up. Hang in there ladies! We're almost there

I'm still here, due Tuesday 2-22.  At my apt yesterday, I was 3cm and 75% effaced.  I've been having consistent contractions 5 mins apart for the last 24 hours, really hoping this goes somewhere fast.  However, at the same time, I want to wait until tomorrow, I just cracked my tooth and have to go get it fixed this afternoon.  Not looking forward to that!!!

Still here!  Not a lot of progress for me so far.  But I'm not due until 2/24 so I'm just trying to be patient.  : )

Still hanging on over here too. I've had two episodes of false labor that I was sure was real, and it's driving me batty. My first 2 LOs were both earlier than this so I am beyond ready. Not to mention I'm passing on all internal exams so far so I really have no clue yet as to how far progressed I am. Just hoping all the contractions are doing something. Good luck to all of you! At least there's comfort in knowing that our LOs can't stay in there forever

Today is my due date. As of yesterday I had progressed from 1cm (I think it was more like a fingertip and they were humoring me) and thick (ie not effaced at all) to 1 cm (easily and painlessly stretched to 2cm) and 50% effaced. So, at least my body is doing what it is supposed to do! My OB does an appt at 41 weeks, and does an induction at 41w1d. I was really worried about the possibility of the induction not working, as my mom was induced three times with me before finally having me at43w5d. They promised me that they are serious about getting babies out, and if/when I go in next Friday to be induced I won't be leaving pregnant. Hooray! So, at the most 8 days until we get this show on the road!

I'm still here too, technically not due til March 3rd, but just left my 38 week appointment and my OB finalized plans to induce on the 28th (check in at midnight the 27th). I've been at 2cm for at least 2 weeks now, but, I was only 50% effaced last week and I'm 70% this week. So I did make some progress. Doc still keeps saying I could go any day now and I've been pretty sore this week, so I'm hoping he's right. I had my son at 38 weeks and they're guessing this baby girl is already a lot bigger than he was. At my 36 week u/s they had her at 7 lbs 10 oz and her head was measuring at 39 weeks, which I realize can be off, but my fundal height was 41 today and I just feel like she's bigger/heavier than my son was, so I'm pretty sure she's big.

I've been having timeable, strong, and long BH for almost 3 weeks now; even down to 4 minutes apart one day but they stopped after 5 hours (I did call the doc that day and he told me to wait it out b/c they weren't really, really painful).

Hoping for some magic from the full moon!

Also my due date today too.  Had an appt on Tuesday where I was 1 cm and soft - she swept my membranes and all I have to show for that is mucousy spotting.  Joy.  I have an appt next Tuesday were I will be 40w5d, and I have an induction booked for next Thursday (41 w).  This kid has 7 days to get his butt out here by himself.

I'm still here!  Last night I bounced on the ball for an hour, went for a 3 mile walk with DH, and drowned my pepperoni pizza in hot sauce.  I had some contractions, and then fell asleep, hoping that they'd get stronger and wake me up.  Instead I slept for 11 hours.  Doh!

Still here.  No progress from last week.  I'm still 2 cm and thin, but at least LO's head is really low, at zero.   I've got a week to go, but I'm hoping that the OWT about full moons will get things moving this weekend.

I'm still here too! Had my first internal on Tuesday, one day short of 39 weeks. Was about 60% and closed. She stretched me to a closed 1cm. That was not so much fun. Blood pressure was a little high so they are bringing me in again tomorrow afternoon to check it. Fingers crossed that it's normal because I really don't want to be induced. But then again, I finally hit my limit last night when I couldn't get comfy on the couch to save my life. I'm officially done so any time she wants to come is fine with me!

Still here--1 day past due date.

Internal yesterday said I'm 1.5 ("almost" 2 cm) and 70% effaced, -2 station.  I was told to get walking, having sex, and to start contracting (more easily said than done).  I was also told to try nipple stimulation, actually (didn't think my OB practice was all about all these natural induction methods).  I have a 41 wk appt on Weds and then if he hasn't appeared yet, induction probably 2-3 days after that (next weekend).

PLEASE come naturally little man!

Still here.....  I've been 3cm and 80% for two weeks now.....  come on baby!!  I have Monday off from work, so I'm hoping all this rest will help my body to relax enough to push me into labor!  ... I'm keeping my fingers crossed

Today's my due date!  No progression at all.  I have a c-section scheduled for 2/24 in case LO doesn't come out by then my dr thinks I'm not a good candidate for induction due to LO size & no progression/first time mom.

I'm right here with you....My due date is tomorrow. Yesterday the Dr. told me I was 3cm and 50%, had me on a fetal monitor and then suggested an U/S to see if everything was still good.  Everything looked really good, but they scheduled me to be induced on Thurs 2/24 if nothing happens before then...
