i had my 40 week appt today! i cant believe how slowww im progressing. the past 2 weeks i have been 2 cm. this week a big whopping 2 1/2!! woohoo!! [or not] all ive been having for the past couple weeks are braxton hicks. no real contractions or anything. but they said that hes real low and his head is just right there! the nurse said that apparently hes waiting until he has teeth and when hes 12 to come out..i totally agree! so they stripped my membranes today. she said it could be a few hours..could be about 24 hours..or it may not do anything at all [yea thanks..exactly what i wanted to hear] but if he doesnt make his arrival by this weekend..im going to be induced monday morning!! im def starting to freak out since i will have this sweet baby boy in just a few days! good luck to everybody!
