Does anyone have a DC on Qvar (asthma)?

We saw an allergy/asthma doc for the first time today (poor DS... stuck by 40 needles... his poor little arms!). I practically BEGGED them to switch him from Pulmicort to something else (he is a monster on it) and they put him on Qvar. I've never heard of it before, but know it's similar.

Was just curious if anyone has a DC on it and if you've noticed any side effects? I know all inhaled steroids can have side effects, what just curious about others experiences with this med since I can't find a whole lot of info on it.
