Would you please recommend a carrier?

I am wanting ideas of something that will work for DH and I. Something that does not hurt one's back would be preferable. Sorry to post an run but I need sleep and will check back in the morning! Thank you in advance!

I've loved my AngelPak with both my DCs.  It's a SSC, so that makes for easy adjustments between you and DH.  Weight is nicely distributed, so I can wear for long shopping trips w/o any discomfort.  Carried DS in front-carry at about 30lbs for grocery shopping w/a bad back.  I'm a huge fan.  (I got mine at frogmama dot com.)

I love my ergo! DS is 24 pounds and 30 inches and i still comfortably carry him. DH also likes using it and I got a brown one- so totally gender neutral.

I previously had a beco but i hated it. i've also used a ring sling and hated it.

I would also strongly recommend an Ergo.  I have been using an Ergo Sport (just a little lighter weight material wise than the regular Ergo, so good for hot IL summers) since August to pick DD up from daycare everyday since August.  We take public transportation everyday from daycare and then walk several blocks and she and I are both comfortable in the 45 minutes or so she is in it everyday.  She is currently 21 lbs and it is way more comfortable carrying her in the Ergo than my arms .

An Ergo is always a good choice.

Ergo.  We have the unassuming camel color and it is the only carrier DH will use.   We used it until DS1 was 3 and I was pg and lately it is my fav carrier with DS2.  He is in it every night when I need to cook dinner.
