Itchy belly... Help!

I'm covered in stretch marks (jealous of all you ladies who answered the post below that you never got them! Lucky!!) and it hasn't really been painful until this week.  Now my belly itches so much it hurts!  I'm slathering on cocoa butter often, but to no avail.  Some of the marks have spread too, so my skin is thin.  And add to that that I can't feel the skin around my belly button- my nerves are shot... but somehow they still itch?

Is there anything that can help, or am I doing all that I can?  I tried an ice pack the other night, which felt great but got the babies moving fast, so I immediately took it off.  I don't want to hurt/freeze them!

I know the feeling! I used Sarna cream and soaked in Aveeno oatmeal baths and it helped a little.  Good luck.

Ugh, I remember that feeling. I totally thought I had PUPPS and the doc kept saying I didn't, but it itched so freaking bad! I tried Benedryl and Eucerin lotion. They both helped take the edge off a bit, but really didn't do a ton.

Sounds like PUPPPS! I had it with my 1st pregnancy. Look online at pictures to compare.

Ice packs were a blessing, sarna lotion provided temporary relief, Rainier's PUPPPS relief lotion and soap helped a little (bought online) but Dandalion root pills helped the rash go away. I had it for 3 weeks and it was agony! I was put on oral and topical steroids which did nothing. I hope you do not have this!

I googled after the first PUPPS comment, and luckily there's no rash.  Just red stretch marks that itch.  I have a Dr's appt. tomorrow, so I'll definitely ask about it then.  I just hope something can make it stop!
