I have seen it in bulk (and in the health section) at Whole Foods and at GNC (this is where I bought mine).

Wegmans in Sterling does carry it. I just bought some there with in the last couple months. Check over in the "alternative" side of the store. I randomly found it. I think it was one aisle off of the cold/frozen section.
