TTGP Grad Check In

Re: TTGP Grad Check In

  • Hi Ladies!

This is my first check-in! So glad to be here. I'm doing good, I got my betas back yesterday and they doubled beautifully. 17 DPO: 2,100 and 19 DPO: 4,4400. I am extremely please with those numbers and hoping that come October I will get my little pumpkin!

  • oh wow...I don't lurk enough...congrats Daysie! :)  Not much to report.  My GDT is today so hopefully I'll get through that okay.  Otherwise I had 3D u/s and nursery pix, both in my blog if you're interested.  I'm not sleeping AT ALL, but that's my only "symptom" or complaint.  I'm now officially 30 weeks and have just decided on my maternity leave dates and gotten a sub...which is exciting!  Much luck to you all!

Good morning ladies!  So happy to see Daysie graduate  :)

Not too much going on here - I have my 32 week appt this Thursday and we are finally making progress on the nursery.  Hopefully we actually get it done before the little man arrives.

Here is a picture from yesterday - I'm feeling kind of large lately:

You look so awesome! I can't believe you are 32 weeks!!!

  • All is well with me, just making this sweet pea into a blueberry! I have my first appointment on Friday, but it apparently is more of a confirmation appointment and a chat and does not include an ultrasound, and I need to wait until week 10 or so for that. Nausea has hit me hard, but it makes me feel relieved that all is going well, and I'm in bed most nights by 9 pm.

  • Congrats Daysie!!

Everything is good here--I had my 12 wk checkup today, HB was about 150 bpm. I have an appt. with the cardiothoracic surgeon on Friday to make sure my concave chest issue isn't interferring with the pregnancy and my breathing. Gender scan is April 11 (it's doubling as my Level 2 u/s to see if the baby has the concave chest defect also). M/s is almost all gone, just tired and dealing with heartburn all the time :)

Here's my most recent bump pic, it was actually taken last Tuesday at 11 wks--I need to get a new one today for HDBD.

  • All the bumps look fabulous! You girls are gorgeous!

Linds - yay for second tri and a great NT!

L&R - congrats on your little boy!

We are 32 weeks today. Sunday we made our first trip to L&D for contractions. It was scary but everything is ok. They attributed them to a UTI and dehydration. I didn't really notice any UTI symptoms and thought I was drinking enough due to the amount I was urinating, I had that wrong. The whole story is in my blog but in the end the contrax stopped and cervix is closed and posterior so all good news!

  • Hi ladies!  Things are going well.  I've been feeling little kicks every day since 20 weeks.  We have made progress on our nursery - the glider is here and the first coat of paint is on the walls.  Things are moving pretty fast and I'm freaking out a little bit. :)  Here's my 20-week bump:

  • Hi ladies! Everyone looks so cute - I only hope I can look cute when I have my bump :)

Things are progressing sloooowwwly over here. I swear it seems as if time has stopped! I'm feeling good this week. M/S hit me pretty bad the past week and a half or so, but I've felt good the past 2 days. I am extremely exhausted all the time and usually can't stay up past 8:30 during the week! my face looks horrible - I feel as if I find a new breakout every day. It's gross :(

We had our first appointment last week and it was pretty uneventful. The first appt is the only one where I won't have to pee in a cup or do blood work, which was kind of weird. Since I have PCOS and have an increased risk of GD, i will be doing the GTT at 17 weeks and then again at 26 weeks (the usual time). I'm still taking metformin (which has not been pleasant!) and will probably take it until 26 weeks if I pass the GTT. If not, I'm not sure, but I may take the entire pregnancy.

We have our NT scan scheduled for March 9 and I can't wait to be able to see the baby and hopefully breathe a sigh of relief and come out on FB :)

  • Congrats daysie and j_luvs_r!! I'm bumping from my phone in hour 2 of my 3 hour GTT - failed the 1 hour last week :( Hopefully this will come back fine - fingers crossed! Not much is new otherwise. I just hit my third tri yesterday and can't believe how time is flying! We've bought stuff for the nursery but need to get a jump on actually getting the room ready - it hit us yesterday we're in the home stretch!

  • I just got my BFP Last Friday and am just 5 weeks so no pictures yet.  Super excited though and I have an appointment tomorrow to kick things off.  I go in 2 weeks for an U/S so I'll have some pics to add then. So glad to be an October 2011 mom!

    Congrats again, Daysie!!

I didn't get to check in until late last week, so I'm not sure who saw my post and who didn't. Last Tuesday was our anatomy scan and it showed two perfectly healthy little boys! Baby B is going to be our hyper one and was already pummeling his brother in the head with his foot. Poor Baby A! They are sharing a placenta, so I have to go back every four weeks to check for twin-to-twin transfusion. Kinda worrisome, but I'm excited I get to see them so much! The results of my quad screening also came back and were completely normal! :)

No bump pic, but I'm growing quite a bit! At my last OB check, I was measuring a week ahead. I'm sure I'm a little bit bigger than that now!

Can't wait to read the updates!

Congrats on your little boys!  I'm glad to hear they are doing well, despite Baby A getting kicked in the head.  :)  Ah, brotherly love!  By the way, YGPM--I sent it a while ago, not sure if you saw it yet.

  • First, congrats to Daysie!! I lurked on her BFP post and wanted to say something then!

I'm doing great. Finally hit the halfway mark and we are having a little girl! Lucy Mae is still scheduled to arrive July 2 and we cannot wait. We made a few big decisions about carseats and cribs this week so that felt good. Time seems to be flying by now.

You can't really see the bump here, I just look squatty- but this was at our sex-announcement dinner with family. My mom is so excited that her first grandchild is a little girl. And here is a pic of little Lucy's profile.

    GL to everyone!

  • I love seeing all of the belly pics... my belly just looks like I had too much beer. Although people who don't know are now starting to congratulate me so I guess I look a bit pregnant....I like to play the "who me? pregnant?" game to embarrass them.

I am 16w1day....we have our anatomy scan scheduled for march 18th and it can't come soon enough!!!!!! Im so excited. I haven't seen my LO since 12 weeks. I had an appt last week with my OB and he did a doppler..nice strong heartbeat...but no U/S.

I feel great..no complaints at all....

Keep those belly pics coming ladies!

Not much new here! Am almost graduated to the 2nd Tri already and I can't believe how fast it is going! M/S is slowing down, but headaches are settling in... We are starting to clean out our guest room to make room for furniture and such for the LO!

  • Congrats Daysie!!! I missed your BFP but I remember the last time I looked at your chart it looked very promising!

I am doing pretty good lately, feeling baby girl moving a lot more.  I go on March the 4th for the 1 hour glucose test.  I hope that I pass it so I don't have to do the 3 hour one.  We also decided to go ahead and do a 3D/4D ultrasound that day so I am very excited to see our little girl again.  Here is the last picture that I have taken which was last week at 24 weeks 5 days.

This is just my second time to get to check in, but I think I have not yet stopped smiling!  Everything is going okay thus far.  Yesterday I was trying to surprise DH with laundry done, dinner made, and a cake baked before he got home, but I failed miserably!  I was so exhausted.  He helped me with the laundry and fixed dinner (and cleaned up after).  However, I was able to bake and decorate the cake.

The symptoms have been pretty crazy, and I am not complaining!  Constipation, BLOAT, fatigue, mild cramps...BUT this all means everything is great.  I already look 3 months pregnant because of the bloat.  No belly pictures here.  I will be SO happy when I start having a real baby bump and not the bloat bump! **Smiles**

I am so excited to get to post here!  You TTGP ladies are the bomb!  Good luck to all of you!  Big Smile

Hey cutie! So happy to see you posting here. :) Yay symptoms! I'm jealous of your constipation, bloat, fatigue, and cramps. haha. ;)

  • Good morning, girls! I'm 5w0d today ... so now I have a little appleseed growing inside Smile My cold has finally subsided and I don't really have any other huge symptoms besides bloat. • Hey Ladies!

First check-in, not much to report, 16 DPO I had my blood drawn and the results were at 196.6.  My first prenatal registration with a nurse is next Wed. The m/s i fell are: a little bit of dizziness once in a while, gas, and belly bloat.  No picture from me yet, its all regular tummy fat Stick out tongue right now.

  • Hi everyone!  I'll start posting pics when I have a bump to share, probably around April-ish? Nausea started yesterday, 3 weeks earlier than last pregnancy.  Really hoping for nausea only this time around and not constant vomiting:(  Still crampy, bloated from time to time (usually in the evenings). But doing well, first appt is on monday.  My OB is probably going to think I'm crazy having #2 already, hehe.
