BFP after 10 months of TTC!!!!

This morning I got my first ever BFP. I didnt even want to test because I have been sooooooo disapointed in the 10 months we have been TTC but I was about to shell out over $1,000 for acupuncture this morning so I thought I better just check and there it was.
I havent been a huge poster on here lately (I was in the begining) and I would get discouraged when I would see how quickly people would get their BFP's and move on. My DH only has 3% normal morphology so we went to an Endocronologist and he told us we basically HAD to go IVF. We got a 2nd opinion and she told us IUI would have a good chance too. We made plans of doing 3 IUI's starting in April and moving on to IVF if that didnt work. It was a very difficult proces... ALL of it. I was a wreck. The last few months I reallly filled my life with all kinds of non-pregnancy types of things and tried to focus on me, to distract my self. I guess when you stop trying SO hard it happens.
We also only had sex the day I got my + OPK and 2 days later. Usually we went every day, so I think it helped the swimmers build up more. Good luck ladies, dont give up hope if you have been TTC for a while and try new things with your BD pattern. I never thought it would happen to me. Praying it sticks!

We just started our testing journey last cycle... and both our Blood work and DH's SA tests came back normal. We've been trying for a year... Your story gives me hope that there is nothing wrong and it just takes a little time for some of us.
Congratulations!! HAPPY AND HEALTHY NINE MONTHS TO YOU! And don't come back here! That's an order!! unless it's because your TFAS! lol

Congrats!! My DH has 4% Morphology and we just got our BFP after 9mo TTC. I didn't want to test either! We had been planning on IVF b/c of what we were told. We actually heard the opposite with IUI. Morphology issues and IUI don't work well together.
