looking for the max weight on a Ergo??

I am looking into purchasing either a Ergo, or a Boba carrier, for my 28 pound 3 and a half year old, who enjoys being carried.  I am wanting one that can go on back and as a front carrier.  TIA

I'm pretty sure both have a max weight of 35lbs.  That's the standard for most SSCs.

Ergo is 18kg (so nearly 40 lbs) but has been tested up to 90lbs.

Boba is 45 lbs.

I just bought the performance Ergo, and it says 40 lbs. I remember because my 4.5 yo is about 44 lbs, and it seemed crazy that she might have fit into it recently.
