Had a great visit with my Doctor

So I decided to go in and have a conversation about my desire for a VBAC. He was so super supportive and told me that although 18 months between delivery was considered "ideal" in reality 12 months was very safe and he would feel comfortable if I got pregnant before Ian was 9 months. I still haven't ovulated since I am EBFing but feel much better that I have the option of trying as soon as I begin ovulating again.
