I'm due in June. I have an Ergo but didn't like it for the newborn stage(I have the old style infant insert and never really liked it)
I want a stretchy wrap for the first few months until I can use the Ergo without an insert. Which is better for the summer months? Moby or Sleepy?
Re: due in June....moby or sleepy wrap?
I think a stretchy wrap is the best for newborn snuggles.I would go with a Gypsy Mama Bali Breeze, they're very breathable and thin. The SleepyWrap and Moby are both heavier. Another stretchy that's super soft and breathable is the Anaju Bamboo. Here's links to both

Definitely NOT a Sleepy. I have one and I love love love it, but my baby was October. It's THICK sweatshirt like material -- not good for summer months. I wore it all fall over a thin shirt as an extra layer.
This is not to say it's bad at all -- just not a summer wrap.
I won't post an opinion eithder way because I only have a moby and DS was born in Nov. I loved my moby but we are moving on to wovens.
I will say I'm selling my moby, in EUC, for cheap. PM me if you are interested in it. It is Moss w/ bag and booklet.
