The past few days I have noticed little sensations in my ute with there being lots tonight! Not cramping or round ligament pain, it feels right in there & dare I say it, like fluttering or slight popping & esp after I ate dinner!
It didn't feel fluttering with my 1st until 16 or 17 weeks. I am only 11 weeks tomorrow. Are we supposed to notice it early with 2nd babies? Anyone else?
Re: Fluttering, this early?
Then came a miscarriage March '11
Then came a baby in the baby carriage May 16, 12
Waiting on our second little peanut!
Nope not gas! Unfortunately I know gas
No this is right in the front & slightly above pubic bone! The only thing I can compare it too is the fluttering feeling I got with DS although much later!
I've had the exact same feeling in the same spot for two weeks. It's gas, just not the painful or stinky kind.
This. Plus, if it's especially after eating, it's gas.
This. However with DS I felt flutters around 15 weeks. I knew it from gas because I am super in tune with that due to mild IBS. I am just waiting to see when it happens this time.
I've heard as early as 12-13 for second timers.
But if it was above your pubic bone, it was probably gas...your uterus isn't there yet.
With second pregnancies, the uterus can grow out of the pelvic region sooner.
Mine is very easily felt three inches above my pubic bone now at 12 weeks.
Pregnancy # 6

DD2 Sept 2011
Now that was patronising!
Your pelvis is out of your pubic bone?
::giggles::
i was thinking the same thing. haha

In my bag: Nikon D90; 35mm 1.8, 90mm 2.8 macro (my fave), Lensbaby Composer with macro extensions. BFP after 13 cycles and one ectopic. Lost left tube 5/19/10.
It can be the baby...I'm at 11 weeks, went to my OB and he out and out asked if I felt the baby move yet...not kick, but they are moving around by this point. He said that some women are in-tune with their bodies enough to feel the subtle movement that can occur. So, could it be the baby, yes, only you will be able to determine...as all the wise women say..."Every pregnancy and woman is different.."
My 2 cents!
