Is this a bad idea? DD kicked me in the stomach the other night and I decided to mover her out of our bed. Last night I drug out my body pregnancy pillow and she couldn't get to me. Anyone able to cosleep while pregnant?
Yes. We did until the end. We were moving and staying at my sister's for 2 months and our room was the only one with a/c so our litle guy stayed with us... in the summer while I was very, very pregnant. I just slept facing away from him and made a pillow barrier to block him.
we're still doing it p/t. DS starts in his room, then patters into our room at some point in the night. I am usually too tired, and it is such a PITA to get my big belly out of bed to put him back down and get myself back in bed and comfy again. Most of the time, I try to face away from him or keep a king sized pillow between my legs and under the belly, which adds some space between baby and boy. The worst part though is how I'm to the point where I have to roll over frequently, and it sometimes disturbs him. DH has started sleeping with DS in his room a few nights a week, which gives us all more space.

Right now, i live with my dad, and my 2 year old lays with his head against my belly and rubs iit and kisses it while he falls asleep...its sooooo cute.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. Baby is well insulated and protected in there. My 4.5 y/o (well that is how old he was when Casey was born) slept with us a few times a week still through my pregnancy. Oh and he's all over the place in bed with arms and feet flinging everywhere.
