I am not a moron but I lost that thai peanut yummyness recipe. Also, is it  srichai (I cannot spell that for my life) or a sweet chili sauce? What brand do you use?

Re: traycee

  • No big deal! Its super simple...
I just cook about a lb. Of chicken breast (cut in thin strips) on the stove, saut? some veggies... In a small saucepan mix 4 tbs peanut butter, 4 tbs of sweet chili sauce and 4 tbs milk over low heat till melted and combined. Pour over chicken and veggies and mix till coated.. Serve over brown rice. I half the sauce if I make less chicken and veg.
Im not sure the brand of the sauce.. It's in a tall, skinny bottle (think same as wotcheister sauce) ..called sweet chili sauce (make sure its not garlic flavored...ick) it kind of looks like a light strawberry jelly.. It's NOT the pasted. I bought paste once by accident. I always find it in the Asian aisle in Kroger near all the peanut and fish sauces, etc.
HTH.. Just made it Fri... So yum!
