Seriously. I was in his position. Graduated from a Top 10 undergrad and a top 10 MBA program both with 4.0 GPAs, had a great job before I got laid off, had to switch industries, and it sucked...because so many peoplee have MBAs now it hardly means anything.
I know where she went to undergrad. It's not even a Top 10 school for just Ohio private liberal arts colleges. Her MBA program? Also not Top 10. And, oh by the way, she posted this long before she graduated.
I also love how she's from Philly, yo. If by Philly, you mean a town so far from Philly I wouldn't even call it an outer suburb.
I'm rolling my eyes at her menu planning service. Do I really need to pay someone to tell me to eat spaghetti for dinner and toast with butter and jam for breakfast? For a "foodie" blog, it sure is lacking in actual recipes.

Speaking of her food blog, does anyone else remember prep saying that she was a vegetarian and then all the sudden she'd post recipes with meat? Ahh memories.
Yes! I tried calling her out on that a million times.
That drove me crazy! And I thought I was the only one who ever noticed that.

I too went to an Ohio private liberal arts college. Wonder if it's the same one.

"Ew. I've read all of two posts from you, and you stink like rotting garbage."
Off track here, but I just went through her blog. Wasn't her DH an illustrator who was going to stay home with the kiddo while she worked? Did I smoke crack?

He got promoted or something and she got laid off or something. And then she decided to stay home. Or something.
I can't remember if that was before or after he decided he was joining the military, which he seemed to forget about a few weeks later.

I totally remember all of this in her story. It seems like she has been gone a lot longer than she actually has.

Thank you! I was beginning to worry I had dreamed up my own Preppy yarn and was going to have to get my head checked.

holy crap I'm not sure how I never noticed any of this. I saw the callout about going to the knot, and the squeee showdown, but that's it. I don't even remember the military story! GC, you have a mind like a steel trap!
I did catch the top names deal, because when I googled it I found a list that had her name in the top ten for her birthyear, so at the time I just figured she found another version that had it as the top name. I never picked up on the rest of the stories though. I apparently have no crazy-dar, because we're fb friends and I've never noticed anything unusual. The Squeee incident did go down while I was on narcotics though, so maybe I just didn't pick up on most of it.

Now I want to know where you went (I'm originally from OH). I will give you a hint. It's a Lutheran school. If you really want to know, I can PM you.
Turns out I did know it and the moment I saw it I remembered her and I discussing it briefly.
I went to Dayton.

I just checked out her blog and it reminds me of another useless/pointless blog... peppermint baby.
Seriously, why do they think that c&ping links from other sites constitutes writing a blog?
I could c&p all day long. It takes time to actually come up with and write shiit.

Oh oh oh, me too! You can find out some seriously revolting stuff about her if you know her name and the college she went to.

Is that the Merm's blog? Because that's the first thing I thought of with all the c&p.
Didn't she also say her DH played football in college?
Based on the pic of him on the blog I don't see him as a football player.
Unless she meant football in the European sense.
LMAO.
