How long until no more accidents?

Hi all!

Sydnee PT very early.  She showed interest and started going at 20 months old.  Since she was so young, I didn't put any high pressure on.  She is PT for the most part and had like 2-3 months accident free and 3 weeks at night accident free.  Now at 2 1/2 she has been having spuratic accidents and nights are hit or miss so we are in pull ups again at night.

I am pregnant with twins so I was thinking that maybe that is related.   But any tips on how to get her back on track with no accidents?  I have been trying to tell her if she goes all week with no accidents she gets a prize (small toy).  But doesn't seem to be working.
