Really dumb Enfamil Infant question

Is the Enfamil Premium Infant/Lipil supposed to be light brown? 

We received some RTF Enfamil Premium Lipil from DH's co-worker.  The formula looks light brown-ish.  It expires next month, so I wanted to make sure it's supposed to be light brown before I use it. Otherwise, I'll toss it.

When I mix the Enfamil Premium Newborn powder with water, the liquid is white, so I was surprised when I opened the Lipil and it was light brown.

That's not a dumb question, it would freak me out too! LOL.  Maybe google it, or look at the reviews for it on Amazon?  I always find them helpful.  Good luck!

Yeah, the RTF stuff is pretty nasty looking, but it's safe. Definitely not a dumb question. The color of that stuff is kinda scary.

No, it's brown. So is the non-powder version of Enfamil Infant and Goodstart Gentlease.
