Can someone help with my V-Day E-card?? :)

M got his pictures taken a couple of weeks ago for his 6 month (at 7.5 months) and I had this idea to kiss him on the cheek with red lipstick so he has an imprint but as i was kissing him he moved away and now it just looks like he has a big red blob on his cheek. You ladies are so talented with photoshop editing, can someone help fix the lipstick mark?

I can't post the photo here yet bc I am still waiting to get the digital image from the photographer via email but I do have an online gallery you can take a look at.

I have Photoshop and I can try...although I'm not sure how successful I'll be, but I'm willing it take a shot at it =P
