I haven't cut out any foods either but I will enjoy the day that I can drink more than two cups of coffee and not feel guilty. And some form of alcohol will be quickly ingested after birth as well.
Cheese tortillini with alfredo sauce, Mac and cheese (home made), anything sweet like sundaes and cake. Baileys in hot chocolate (heck hot chocolate by itself), I'm sure there are more, but those come to mind at this moment.
I miss wine, lots and lots of coffee, ahi tuna, and sushi. I'll probably eat and drink them all together once I get the chance. A nice spread of my much-missed faves.....
I miss eggs benedict and hard salami. So right after this baby comes out I'm getting those two things! Not together though that would be strange.
mmmm....eggs benedict....there is a restaurant at the top of our street that puts out their sign advertising eggs bennie every weekend. That will definately be one of our first "meals out"! I miss runny eggs a ton.
As many cups of coffee as I feel like (I do drink 1-2... but I want to stop counting).
Other than that, I eat most of it. And for the record: commercial caesar dressing is pasteurized and there is no reason to avoid it. There's being cautious, and then there's blindly following "advice" without understanding why it's given.
A massive, hot cinnamon roll covered in icing. There's a bakery right next to the hospital so my husband and mom have both promised to run out for one as soon as I'm allowed to have it.
A bowl of penne covered in my husband's homemade marinara sauce.
The oreo cupcake from my favorite cupcake shop. They bake a cupcake in the middle of the batter so when you break it in half an ooey gooey oreo cookie melts out of it. OMG.
Those are the three big ones, but there are several others that I add every day.

Oh the list I could make!=) Right now though, the ones that top my list are eggs over easy that I can dunk some toast into, deli meat, sushi, and a nice cold Bud Light Lime! Now I'm hungry! LOL!
Sushi (If I didn't live in IL I'd probably find a decent restaurant to eat it at, but I don't trust seafood this far from any coast), especially rainbow rolls and spicy salmon rolls. Really good creamy unpasteurized Brie cheese. Bagels with lox on them. I know there are some others but those are the big ones I really miss

Food wise I haven't really cut out anything, but man I REALLY want a red Amp energy drink. I was addicted to them before I got pregnant and I miss them so much.

Sushi, rare steak, blue cheese/brie, runny eggs, and deli meats. My husband has actually promised to bring me some sushi while I'm in the hospital after giving birth to LO...I can't wait!!!!
I havent really cut much out but sushi and alcohol. I did lower my caff intake. So I am looking forward to a delicous sushi night with my husband. This will probably be our first night out date!! I also cannot wait for a grande latte of some sort from starbucks!

Same here.
Except alcohol. I reaaaaaaally miss alcohol.
Wine.
There aren't many foods I've cut out, at least not by choice. The aversions have been strong this whole pregnancy.
Haven't really cut any foods out, but a glass of red wine would be amazing.
Mmmmm Ahi Tuna. I'm going to have to add that to my list.
Becuase of gd I miss soooo much...
Cheese tortillini with alfredo sauce, Mac and cheese (home made), anything sweet like sundaes and cake. Baileys in hot chocolate (heck hot chocolate by itself), I'm sure there are more, but those come to mind at this moment.

Google search "foods to avoid during pregnancy". Not everyone follows these guidelines but for those that do you'll find your answer(s).
Beer. Good, dark beer.

I have a whole day of meals planned for as soon as I can eat "whatever I want" again...
Eggs over easy with the runny yolk, a BIG cup of full-on caffeine coffee
Italian hoagie with salami, ham, capicola- the works
A medium rare steak, big glass of red wine, and a double shot of espresso
Wow, that sounds good.
