NAPR AW - Totally awesome day!

Have you ever had one of those days where everything just goes your way?  All of this has been in the works for a little while now, but it all came together today.  Several things to AW: 

1 - We got the pre-approval for the amount and rate we were hoping for on a mortgage 

2 - I've looked at a bunch of houses but found one that I looooove today!  I'm going to bring hubby by there tomorrow and we'll make a decision about whether or not we should make an offer.  Squee!!!

3 - Hubby got me a MacBook Air for my birthday!  You could seriously cut somebody with this thing, it's crazy.

4 - Catie's actually been asleep for almost 2 hours.... which is shocking given the craptastic evening sleep we've been getting around here.
