They are both really cute. I don't know anyone who has had it done with their kids but remember kids having it done growing up. I think it's a pretty simple thing. I would definitely do it for my kids if it was required!

A family friend had it done when he was a pre-teen. It's a really simple procedure and he had been feeling so self-conscious about his ears, it had really affected his self-esteem.
If you could have it done at 4 or 5 I think that would be ideal, as he won't have to deal with teasing and loss of self-esteem at that age.
I think it would be a lot less painful and invasive than braces and we consider that completely normal. So if you feel it will help him out then go for it.
Re: Anyone familiar with ear pinning?
Are you kidding me? What a CUTE little guy. His ears are too darn adorable.
I have no advice for you, but your boys are gorgeous.
Thanks girls.
Unfortunatly yes, people do point out his ears, especially next to his brother.
I think they are adorable and make him who he is, but I hate to imagine the ridicule he could face in school..... gonna be a tough decision!
