I was hoping that I wouldn't have to come out of lurker mode since I had my first IUI on 1/28 but I got my period today so I figured I'd introduce myself. We had our daughter back in 2005 (she was a total surprise, honeymoon baby). We've been trying for about 8 months now and my ob sent me to a fertility dr last month due to my age (37) & irregular cycles. Had the initial battery of tests and showed low egg reserve (FSH was 11.7) and low progesterone. Did Clomid this past cycle with Ovidrel and an IUI and now I guess I'm on to round 2. You guys have been a great source of info this past month so it's nice to officially "meet" you

Welcome.  So glad you came out of the closet.  I'm so sorry that your 1st attempt didn't work out.  This whole process sucks big time, but having others that "get" what you are going through and can offer advice/support is really helpful.  Wishing you lots of luck and I hope you don't have to hang around too long.
