where has my good sleeper gone?

I am so frustrated.  DS used to be a great sleeper.  until this cold 2 weeks ago.  first it was a cold, then molars are popping through.  i also looked and 1 canine is also red gummed and you can see the white.

 

now he he pneumonia and is coughing all the time keeping himself awake.  he is SOOOO tired.  every little thing he cries at.  just looking at him the wrong way promotes a hysterical cry. 

 why oh why is teething so bad on them?  couldnt someone have made this easier by now?  we are in the 21st century!!

even thru teething Michelle always slept pretty good but oh good lord during the day I would wanna run away screaming to the nearest mental hospital!

with all his other teeth he always slept well at night and napped like crap.  which is what is happening now. 

and his coughing keeps him awake at night, so we can not win.  poor kid is exhausted!!
