Bowel movement change before labor?

What was it like for you? I have had very loose bowel movements since yesterday morning and have gone 3 times since. When you ladies say you experience diarhea before labor is this what you meant or were you literally running to the toilet all day long? Either way, I'm not complaining - it's a nice change!

    My water broke three weeks ago yesterday... for two days before that, I remember thinking that I sure was having a lot of loose BMs but at the time I didn't thing it was any way associated with labor because I was 5 weeks away. I did have some change but I didn't think it was significant at the time.

    the week before I had DD I went to the bathroom every day. This time around I have been going everyday now for the last 4 days so I guess we will see. lol
