Need to strengthen my core...

OMG...my little guy is now 25 lbs & my back is SO achy!  Any recommendations on an exercise routine to help strengthen my back & core?  Besides the daily toll on my back of bending & lifting of my little guy.

  • Try the 10-minute solution - prenatal pilates workout.  I am promoting this DVD so much they should pay me...

    It is really gentle and also has a post-baby core workout!

    ABSOLUTELY AGREE!!  I must have mentioned it 10 times already on this website.  I did it yesterday, and my back felt better.  I did it today, and I can't believe what a difference it is making!  My new goal, is to do it every single day.  Try it, you will not be disappointed! 

     I am considering getting more of these "10 minute Solution DVDs" because I really like the format.  In the Prenatal Pilates there are 5, 10 minute segment each focusing on a different area: Standing Pilates, Core Work, Buns and Thighs, Total Body, and Flexibility.

  • If you have Netflix and a Wii or XBox, there are a bunch of other great 10 Minute Solutions that you can stream instantly.
