1. Whats you're DC's favorite thing to do? Natalie loves to dress up and pretend to be a princess; Claire loves to play with Play-doh
2. What country would you love to visit someday? Kenya -- I want to see a lion and a zebra
3. Who is your favorite singer/band? All time favorite (you're going to laugh) -- Poison but my more recent is the Far East Movement.
4. What is your favorite book? Altough I've read a lot of good books since, my favorite is still The Other Boleyn Girl by Phillippa Gregory.
5. What is one thing from your childhood you swore you'd never do as a parent but are doing? I didn't want to say "because I said so" but I've already started using it when I run out of explanations
5. What career would you love to have (other than your job now)? An international travel photographer.
1. Whats you're DC's favorite thing to do? He squeals a lot when he takes baths, so maybe that.
2. What country would you love to visit someday? Tahiti - what country is that? Bali.

4. What is your favorite book? I love Garrison Keillor (A Prairie Home Companion), Dan Brown, Nicholas Sparks
5. What is one thing from your childhood you swore you'd never do as a parent but are doing? Rush off to work (although I am happy I am working - as an adult, I enjoy the adult time!)
6. What career would you love to have (other than your job now)? I'd love to be independently wealthy, THEN I'd like to start a child crisis center (or multiple) - provide a safe house where a caregiver (Mom/dad) can drop off their children for up to 72 hours if they've got no other options while they get their sh!t together (move out of a bad home situation, have a mental breakdown, get a job, etc) . There is one in Minneapolis that I'd copy.

1. Whats you're DC's favorite thing to do? Play trains, followed by arts & crafts.
2. What country would you love to visit someday? Argentina. Also France.
3. Who is your favorite singer/band? Gloria Estefan - singer, Aerosmith - band. Old school, I know. I enjoy a lot of the current top 40 music, but more songs than artists.
4. What is your favorite book? I really don't have one, it changes all the time. Watership Down is a favorite from childhood though.
5. What is one thing from your childhood you swore you'd never do as a parent but are doing? Lick my finger to wipe something off his face
5. What career would you love to have (other than your job now)? Be a published author.
1. Whats you're DC's favorite thing to do? Right now, her faves are playing with her play kitchen, dancing, watching YGG, pretending to cook (AKA stir dry pasta. hehe).

3. Who is your favorite singer/band? I'm old school too. I love classic R&B like Otis Redding, Marvin gaye, etc, and classic rock. I like new stuff, but don't feel that it will have the staying power of oldies. :-)

5. What is one thing from your childhood you swore you'd never do as a parent but are doing? I can't really think of anything. Like crescent, I lick my hand to smooth down Holly's hair sometimes.
5. What career would you love to have (other than your job now)? I struggle with this one, as I have no clue what I'd like to do. :-( I'd love to be able to make felt crafts and sew in an awesome home studio all day, if we're talking about a dream world where an income isn't necessary. hehe.

biological researcher. or chocolate taster.1. Whats you're DC's favorite thing to do? She's only 12 weeks old, so currently her favorite things to do are eat, poop and sleep with lots of smiles.

4. What is your favorite book? This one is a tough question but I'm going with the classic Gone With The Wind. It sucks me in every time I pick it up.
5. What is one thing from your childhood you swore you'd never do as a parent but are doing? This one is too soon for me to answer since I suspect it will have to do with discipline.
5. What career would you love to have (other than your job now)? If money was no object, I'd love to work for a non-profit working with volunteers. The other thing I would like to do would be to start a business running errands for other people - post office, dry cleaners, shuttling kids, etc.

No, but really his favorite thing lately is playing pretend with his Elmo & Tiger animals. He gives them baths, puts them to bed etc.
