Thursday Shredding Check In

I think I am over the stomach bug so I may try to Shred tonight...no promises!

  • Level 3 for me today!  Honestly, I don't know why I was so worried.  I feel like I am on cloud 9 right now.  I did great in the beginning of the workout and tired out towards the end.  I like it though.  It went by fast and I can see myself sliming down since this level is more cardio based. 

    I see less and less Shredders post each day.  Keep it up girls!  If you faltered off track - get back on.  Today's a new day.

     OP - Since you are almost done with the Shred - what are we going to do with our daily check ins?  You are our rock Smile

  • D4-L1 today. My previous attempt at the shred (years ago) would have ended by now. I feel like my thinking has changed and I am ready for a life change. I am so dedicated to completing the shred in 30 days this time. On average, how many days are you all spending on each level?

  • Finally bit the bullet and bought 30DS and did day 1 level 1 today. Hoping you guys will keep me accountable for every day! I want to look good for my son's baptism in 6 weeks. I have been doing on demand workout videos for 4 days a week for about 4 weeks and have seen some progress but not enough. I have 10 lbs to go, and unfortunately its all in my stomach and doesn't want to go anywhere. 

     Please tell me the dreaded belly can go away!!!

  • I spent 10 days on level 1 and 13 on level 2.  I have to master each level (being able to keep up with Natalie) before I allow myself to move on.

  • D15, L2 just completed.  I will probably do a few extra days on L2 because I'm still mostly keeping up with Anita.  It's getting easier to do every rep but the plank moves are too hard on my knees so I follow along with Anita.  I will probably end up modifying L3 once I get there to go easier on the knees.
  • D5 L1  It was the easiest day today and I could almost keep up. Hopefully tomorrow will be easier so I'll be ready for moving up a level!

  • Newbie lurking......I did Making the Cut by Jillian and lost 21 pounds =)
