Super Strong ammonia smell

lately in the mornings her overnight diapers have a super sting ammonia smell.  It takes my breath.  What can I do? RnG soak?

    Whenever I get that, I add a tiny bit of bleach to my first wash, then do two entire wash cycles on hot and it usually fixes things up. (top loader, HE)
