Diaper Rash issues....inner thigh?

Never have seen diaper rash on the inner thigh area until today - joy!?!   Any suggestions?  DC tried the butt paste on it all day but it didnt help much.  I washed it off with a warm wash cloth and then put vaseline on it to hopefully calm it down.  Probably will send vaseline and destin with DS tomorrow.   I really think it's just bad chaffing from the diaper but not really sure.  Help!

    If it's just a chaffing rash, try Aquaphor.  Works like a charm!

    I'm pretty sure it's from walking so much now....he's been walking now for a month and I would think it's from that.   It looked better this morning after I put the vaseline on it last night.   I put aquaphor on it before he left for daycare this morning and gave some aquaphor to DC to use to begin with and then a new tube of destin as well.
