what age for maclaren/umbrella stroller?

we still use our jogger with the baby in the car seat.  when did you start using your umbrella stroller?  i've read different ages

 ETA: we have the Mac Triumph.

    Depends on the stroller and how much of a recline it has.  Some are from 3 months and up, but some (Maclaren Volo for example) can't be used until baby can sit up on their own because it doesn't recline.
