I am a huge believer in the Shred now. I have been doing it for 24 straight days. I haven't changed my diet much although I eat relatively healthy. I have not actually lost any weight yet but my body is so different. I am toned and can see muscles in my arms, legs and just recently my abs. I have never truly given working out a try until now. I feel 100% better and more confident.
I am a little nervous as to what will happen after the Shred. I know I will continue to workout but I do not know what I will have to do and how often to maintain my progress.

I just finished the Turbo Jam DVDs and am not starting the Turbo Fire. I followed the schedule they gave me with Turbo jam and in a month lost 7 pds and inches. I am just starting Turbo Fire DVDS and they are even better. I am already seeing results after a week! so I would recommend both!
I am also a big fan of Turbo Fire I am starting my third week and I am feeling a difference in my body. Chalene Extreme is also a great program from the same tranier Chalene Johnson.
