1. Right now I have Dove in 1 bathroom, Aveeno in the other and some suave that floats around. In the winter I sometimes use the winter anti-static shampoo by sunsilk. And Redkin all soft is a favorite too more in the summer though.
2. I change often. No real rhyme or reason to it. I just got some free samples from Aveeda I'm going to try. (I'm super picky about smells and I have sensitive skin so sometimes I have to toss whole bottles out~)
3. I wash every day but often have days where I skip it due to lack of time (rushing out to preschool etc)
1. Herbal essecences - organge bottle (might be extra body - not sure) and once a week I use some Neutrogen TGel - helps with buildup
2. We usually stick with the Herbal essecences - once I find one I like we usually stick with it.
3. I wash mine everyday even though my skin gets pretty dry in the winter time. It's just part of my routine and my hair just gets way too greasy by the end of the day not to wash it everyday.
I'm not loyal to one brand, so I'll give answers accordingly.
1. Right now - Suave Rosemary & Mint. Cheap, makes my hair feel great. Not a fan of the phthalates and parabens. If I could afford it, I'd always use Pureology.
2. I change the brand periodically because I get bored, or because I buy what's on sale.
3. I wash my hair every day. I know it's healthier not to, but with very thin, very fine hair I have a hard time keeping it from getting greasy & stringy.
1. What shampoo/conditioner do you use? Aveda for both. 2. Do you change the brand often, or during different seasons, etc.? Not typically. Sometimes I'll use the Aveda Color Treated stuff if I have color in my hair. 3. How often do you wash your hair? (again, do you change this depending on the season?) Typically every other. I would wash it every day if I had time, but I usually don't like to mess with it every day. My hair is SUPER thick and takes forever to dry.

2. I don't change often, but I'm not "married" to what I use. I've used mostly Aveda products for the last couple of years, but now that DH is in school I have been trying out cheaper products as my stuff runs out.
3. Every other day. If I'm working out hard or outside a lot in the summer, I wash more frequently, but anymore than about every other day and my hair gets super dry!
2. I don't change often, but I'm not "married" to what I use. I've used mostly Aveda products for the last couple of years, but now that DH is in school I have been trying out cheaper products as my stuff runs out.
1. What shampoo/conditioner do you use? Fekkai Glossing - Neutrogena clarifying shampoo at least once/week. I also use a leave-in conditioner, called It's a 10. I absolutely love it. Gets rid of my flyaways and gives me some shine.
2. Do you change the brand often, or during different seasons, etc.? My default is Fekkai... switch it up w/ free samples in the mail.
3. How often do you wash your hair? (again, do you change this depending on the season?) once/day all year round. I have oily hair.
1. Eufora urgent repair shampoo (my salon sells it), and some random pantene conditioner (I used about a pea-size a day, so I don't bother with the expensive stuff)
2. I had been working my way from drugstore brands (Pantene, Thermasilk, etc) up to salon brands (like Matrix), then about a year ago I bought what my stylist uses on me (Eufora) and I'll never go back. We have very hard water and this stuff keeps all of that gross bulidup from happening. AND it protects the color that I pay good money to have put in.
3. 5-6 days a week... it gets pretty oily if I go a day without washing, but if I'm not doing anything important I can get away with a ponytail on those days. My schedule is crazy, some days I teach multiple classes (must have clean hair!) and some days I'm in the lab or working from home, so it varies. But I also work out 5-6 days a week, so that often necessitates the washing.

I buy drugstore brands -- Herbal Essences, Pantene, Dove, Suave just on a random rotation based on sales / coupons. Right now, I'm using HE shampoo and a Suave conditioner.
2. Do you change the brand often, or during different seasons, etc.?
I switch to a different brand as soon as I run out of what I had been using. It helps decrease the buildup in my hair. I should use some sort of clarifying shampoo every once in a while and maybe I wouldn't need to switch as often.
3. How often do you wash your hair? (again, do you change this depending on the season?)
Every other day unless I've had a particularly sweaty workout. I wish I could go every 2-3 days, but my hair starts to get too greasy. If it didn't take so long to wash and dry my hair, I'd probably wash it every day.
1. Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship right now.
2. I switch it up occasionally, but not too often. Been using this for a while and it's good and as long as my hair is growing out to donate.
3. Every day or two. I work it around what I'm doing. If I do my hair curly, it gets washed the next day. If I do it straight, I can wait a day or two.
1. I use Amway brand moisturizing conditioner (Satinique)--and have practically my whole life. I usually use drugstore brand shampoo. Volumizing, mostly.
2. Right now for winter I'm using Aveeno Nourish + Smooth shampoo because it really soothes dry scalp and keeps it from flaking. Otherwise I'll just buy whats on sale.
Re: Shampoo/Conditioner Poll
I'm asking because I want to try a new brand but know nothing about hair products so I need some help!

2) nope.
3) usually every day. sometimes on the weekend i may or may not wash both days.
with the wen product, i find my hair isn't as oily after missing a day nor are the ends of my hair as frizzy/split as they once were.
