So I'm thinking about making my own dryer balls with the help of GM's blog tutorial.
Joann's has their wool on sale for 30% off plus I have a coupon code for an additional 15% off. Before shipping each bundle will cost me about $4. Does this sound like a pretty good deal?
My problem is I don't know how many bundles of wool to buy. How many balls do you use? And how many balls will I be able to make per bundle of yarn I buy? Each bundle is 3.5 oz/155 yards.

Re: Making my own Wool Dryer Balls
I was able to make 5 balls out of 2 8oz skeins, so it was a little more than 3 oz per ball.
I used this yarn that I got deeply discounted with coupons at Joann's:
