I have a monkey.
All Grady wants to do is waller all over me 
By any means necessary. He pulls up on my clothes to stand on my lap. He pulls up on my hands when he's sitting next to me. Not only does he pull up on me, he pulls up on the ottoman if he can get a good enough grip! Crazy, crazy kid. I'm scared he's going to be an early walker. Haha. He doesn't want to sit or lay on the floor and has no interest in rolling around anymore. Only standing. Standing and bouncing.

That was my child around Grady's age. And he started walking at 9 months. Not to scare you.
Do you have one of these? Sam pushed that thing all over our house.
We do have a walker toy but I'm concerned about him falling really hard on our hardwoods. I don't want him to hurt his little noggin. I suppose it's inevitable though!
Sounds like Tyson too. He was an early walker as well -- just over 10 months.
Like Karla, I totally recommend some kind of walk behind / push toy.
