We have ten weeks before insuremce kicks in.
So I am developing a get ready for TTC 10 week plan.
Dr wants me 40 lbs thiner. So far I am doubling up my workouts. One in the am and one in the evening. Also increasing the length to 1hr and a half each.
Continue ww and be good to myself.
What else can I do.

I am also doing WW and trying to lose 15-20 lbs. I agree with the above poster, keep track of your food - I have found that when I've increased my activity/exercise I am super famished during the day and if I weren't keeping track would probably end up eating more calories/points than the workouts burned. I've tried to do the trick of drinking water or decaf hot tea (something warm sometimes tricks my tummy to think it's fuller than it is) and spacing out small snacks (WW cheese stick w/orange etc.) throughout the day to keep my blood sugar levels steady and avoid the highs & lows.
