I'm not saying this to boast but because I have experience with it...
I've sung The National Anthem solo and acapella at Reds games and a few other sporting events around town and it is MUCH harder than you would think. It's a challenging song to sing anyway but if you have feedback and an echo from a big sound system, it's even more difficult.
Having said that, I can't believe she flubbed the words on national TV. Un-be-liev-a-ble.
