Infertility

And the hits keep on coming...

So I went in for my co cultures biopsy, and they have put or cycle on hold :(  They can freeze my co cultures indefinately.

We are totally at the mercy of what the uro suggests.  He was travelling, and is back this afternoon.  Clearly, w a count of zero...we would need a TESE.

Well, the March TESE cylce has been booked for months.  We would have to hope someone cancels.  The next cycle is in JUNECrying

I know i am by no means the oldest person TTC-ing,  but June means i wouldn't even have a CHANCE at a take home baby till I am 36.

This is just not where I thought I would be in my life :(

When is the earliest acceptable time for me to have a drink?  I am at least on the East coast.

Thank you...we are kind of inclined to stay w Dr S at this stage, bc our case is getting weird.  He basically "pioneered" the mTESE, and DH is really comfortable with him.  And I'm pretty confident that if he can't help us, no one can...and we will have to move on past DH's sperm.

  • I'm so sorry.

I would see if your RE can talk to Dr. S. Maybe he can squeeze you in.  Dr. S is one of the best MFI Uro's and pioneered mTESE so you are in great hands.

IF is all about hurry up and wait, it is frustrating to no end!!

    ((HUGS))

    and drink up

FYI - a little background about our relationship with Dr. S.  We met with him in April of 2008 and the soonest we could get on mTESE schedule was Sept 2008.  After he got biopsy slide we postponed mTESE b/c Dr. S rec. DH have Orchiopexy and Varicocele Surgery.  We then got on March 2009 mTESE list and of course mTESE was BF Fail.
