Stupid question: Being sick?

I'm supposed to have my ultrasound on Thursday (CD 12) and then hopefully trigger for my 2nd IUI.  But, I'm really sick, laid in bed all weekend and still not getting any better, going to my Dr. today to hopefully get on some meds that will work.  Thinking I have a sinus infection and I've been taking all Nyquil and Aspirin.  Only taking clomid, so no injectables.  Any opinions on if I should cancel this cycle or proceed?  Ugh!  Thanks!

    Check with your doctor! I was told not to take any meds while cycling, other than tylenol.

    (and I had the stomach flu this weekend, fever up to 102.7, and let me tell you, it was awful! I called off work yesterday and today.)
