What to have w/ French Onion soup tonight?

Sandwiches? Salad?  Any quick and easy ideas... I have to go get the cheese for the top of the soup, so I can pick up anything while i'm out.  TIA!

A panini sandwich or ceasar salad sounds good with it.  Not healthy, but yummy!

I would probably just do rolls or bread.  I love soup and am just fine without any meat at a meal. 

But a salad would be a really good side too, it would be very light.

We just had this on Sunday! It was fab! We had a salad with ours but what I really wanted were mini crab cakes.
