just watched Dear John for the first time and I don't think I liked it.  I need to read the book as I'm sure it is better..... but I didn't care for the last 1/2 of the story and the first 1/2 was a ball full of teenage dreamy love.   And there's something about that Amanda Seyfried I just don't care for.... it's like the Last
Song may have been a good movie without Miley Cyrus....  Although the Amanda person does not have nearly the annoying voice that Miley does.  I'm glad I didn't pay $13 to watch it in a movie theater. 

am I alone?   so many friends from back home raved about it... maybe I heard too much and had my hopes up that it would be good.... I had no desire to see it when it was in the theaters...  oh well... good thing for netflix.

I love Amanda Siefried (Big Love, Chloe) but that was the stupidest movie EVER.  I expected a predicable romantic movie and the plot twist was just ridiculous and boring.
