hey ladies - i'm taking a cookie decorating class there this week. i'm really excited! just wondering if any of you had ever taken one of their classes before. hope you all had a great weekend!
I have taken a few and loved them! I took the basic cookie decorating and while I already knew most of what they were doing just from other cake and cookie classes I had taken, I liked the class. Plus, I always like to hear other peoples short cuts and what not.
6/28/10: Lost our sweet baby Addyston at 18wk 1day to pPROM
7/24/11: Michael William born at 24wk 2d due to IC after an emergent cerclage at 18wks, 4wk home BR and 2 weeks hospital BR. Grow strong our little Miracle!
9/17/11: Michael joined his sister in heaven after 8 amazing weeks with us on earth. He fought a very hard fight but NEC was too much for him in the end.
Lucky you to get in a class. I have been wanting to get in one of the cake decorating classes there but I am always waiting until the class is full. I did take the cookie class and had lots of fun.
I took the candy making class a few years ago. It was interesting but I can't say I really applied much of it? Guess I'm too wrapped up in food blogs to branch into their recipes :P.
I did, and I really liked learning the techniques. I didn't care for their recipes, but the techniques all transferred over. I did the candy and chocolate series.
