Preschool recs?

I'm asking for my sister.  She has a 3 year old that she is wanting to get into preschool sooner than later.  She is looking for something enriching, hands on, etc.  I'm not familiar w/ the preschool aspect since I don't have kids but if you all have used somewhere that you would reco I would really appreciate it.

    What area is she interested in?  I know many of us have done searches recently, but it helps to have a target area.

    Sorry, guess that would help, huh?!

    She is currently living in Reading (Bridal District area) so anything relatively close to there.  I know she wants a place that isn't too terribly far, so I would say anywhere within 15-20 minutes from her.
