I'm seriously about to flip my lid.
They call me 2-3 times a day despite my repeated attempts to remove myself from their phone and email list. They keep telling me that my refill is due, even though I ordered it a month ago.
Now I'm getting emails telling me that it's time to administer her dose. YES I KNOW. STOP REMINDING ME.
I'm thisclose to ordering from somewhere else next time.
Re: anyone use PetCareRx for pet prescriptions?
OMG yes. I answered their call today (I hadn't answered in the past, they never left messages, and I finally Googled the number to see who was calling) because I was worried they were going to tell me there was a recall on the medication or something. Our vet doesn't like us using Frontline in the winter, so we still have plenty of medication...I told them that and hope they stop calling.
I've used them for three or four years now and I don't remember them being so aggressive. It's annoying. However, the ebates money back is fantastic, so...we'll see.
Good, I'm not alone.
Ebates - I just learned that they now will not give you ebates if you've used a coupon code. I get 15% off coupons all the time and have ALWAYS used them. However, this time, when I didn't get my cash back notice, I emailed ebates customer service and got this response:
hank you for your patience. After researching your order, it has been determined that your order was not credited to Ebates. This research is done in conjunction with the store to provide the most accurate results. Any other promotional discounts used during this purchase may over ride the eligibility to earn Ebates cash-back. In this case, the use of a non-Ebates coupon/discount (Discounts: -$13.50) overrides the eligibility to earn Ebates cash-back.
How annoying is that? Further reason I may not use them anymore.
I've ALWAYS gotten cash back AND used coupons on prescriptions until now. This is a new policy, according to the email.
