How do I change my siggy pic?

I can't figure it out. I used to be able to click on my name and could edit my profile. I can't find that option now.

click on MY BUMP (on left)

then log in

then click on EDIT MY AVATAR (on left)

How do you make the photo smaller? I used Tinypic, but when I put it here, I had a MONSTER baby! (cute, but huge!)

I upload my pics to photobucket and make them smaller there and then use tinyurl.com.
