I think that sounds like a perfect number of options. I always find it's better to increase the quantity of the itmes you already have than to increase the number of items (less work for you!). BTW, that's the same buffalo chicken recipe I used for the sandwiches for last night.

That is similar to what I had for DD's party. I think the only things I added were cheese and crackers and a veggie tray. I agree though with having more of a few really good items and tons of little things. And now I'm hungry.
I buffalo chicken (especially that yum recipe), and I think that menu sounds DIVINE! However, the only suggestion I have is to, perhaps, consider that not everyone may appreciate the heat that the buff chicken brings. KWIM? I tend to overthink things, though. For instance, we served pulled pork for J's 1st birthday, but I also put together about a dozen chicken salad sandwiches because pulled pork isn't everyone's (including my) cup of tea.
BTW - I'm drooling over the idea of yuppies in a blanket.
