I'm trying to motivate myself to keep up w/ eating right and working out by writing a blog. I'm going to include workout ideas for stuff you can do at home and reviews of workout DVDs. I was originally thinking of including narrative on the struggles of being a working mom and trying to live a healthy lifestyle, but now I'm thinking maybe it would be more useful just to stick to work out ideas and reviews of workouts and healthy recipes. I think writing whatever you want is best! I just mean, if you are going through a rough patch with a plateau in your workouts, or eating well, or ideas, it helps to clear your mind sometimes by writing it out. I think you could include it all!
