Saline mist for baby's nose - anyone use this?

I just bought saline mist for LO's nose.  I plan on using it tonight before bed on him. Any suggestions on using it? 

It is Simply Saline 'Baby" brand.

Our pediatrician told us to use this stuff on our LO.  He said to squirt a few drops in and then use a bulb syringe and suck it back out.

Yep- we use "little noses"  for our little one and i seems to help some.  Good luck!

When you spray it in one side, hold the other side closed. Then also hold it closed while you suction it out. Do this a couple of times a day.

Yup, we had bottles of that stuff all over the house and used it (with a nosefrida) all the time, my daughter was pretty much always really congested

How old is LO?  I would sugges to not spray it rather just put drops in.  I used the spray when DD was about 4 weeks and she turned blood red and stopped breathing.  I picked her up quickly and patted her back while I screamed breath breath!  And she projectile vomitted across the room.  Scary moment.  I talked to Pedi and she said not to use the spray just drops before 3 months.  We do drops and suction every day before she eats and before bed.

me too, it helps with her boogs and congestion a lot but she hates it when i put those drops in!

OP-I had that same brand but went and got the little noses by little remedies brand instead. The little noses has the option of putting drops in the nose instead of the spray. Unlike the other. GL!

We use the saline drops (Little Noses or just the target brand).  We just let it drip in, not spray or squirt it in.  I happened to catch a clip on The Doctors that said you should wait a few minutes between nostrils.  And then sometimes we suction it out with the bulb syringe.
