Sort of sick kid?

Noah's had diarrhea for the last 2 days.  Today he woke up from his nap with puke in his bed.  He's also had a minor cold for the last week or so (runny nose, bit of a cough)  Other than that, you wouldn't know anything is going on...he's playing fine, eating fine, no fever etc. 

I'm not really sure how to "treat" this sickness.  Do you change his diet at all, even though he's eating fine?  Just let it be?  He's hardly ever been sick, and this is the first time he's thrown up....I'm not really sure what to do for him if he's acting fine.

Clearly he has something going on with his tummy, between the puke and the diarrhea. Even if it is just caused by drainage I would still go with a bland diet (maybe not as restrictive as the BRAT diet but definitely bland) for a few days until his BMs get back to normal and cut back on milk until then. Hope it passes soon!
